Step 1: Set your requirements
SiteReady starts with the limits most GCs already put in their subcontracts. Change any number to match your contracts or an owner’s requirements, and add the safety certifications your sites need.

Step 3: Subs upload by text
Each sub gets a text and an email with a private link. No account, no password. They take a photo of the document or attach the PDF their agent sent.
They see the result on the same screen, including exactly what to fix if something doesn’t pass.
Step 4: Every document gets checked
SiteReady uses Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, to read limits, dates, names and endorsements off each page, then compares each value with your rule.
It never quietly passes something it couldn’t read. Blurry scans and unclear endorsement language go to you for review, and you can override any result with a note that stays on the record.

Fails
It was read clearly and doesn’t meet your rule. The sub gets a fix.
Needs review
SiteReady isn’t confident in what it read. You make the call.
Step 5: The board stays current
Each sub rolls up to one status on your board. Check it from the office, or pull it up on your phone at the gate.
Every upload, check, override and message lands in the audit trail. When an owner or insurer asks, export it instead of digging through email.
